The Principal, Two teachers and an expert from outside addressed the students from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm. On her talk, the Principal pointed a student and acknowledged that she had seen her photograph in the Newspaper. The glorious student Smt. Meenu Sundarlal.had performed a Mohiniyattam dance in the Navaneetham dance festival at Regional Theater, Thrissur. Malayala Manorama and Mathrubhumi dailies of 25.10.2015 had published her photographs.

Our batch includes students from the age group between 20 and 61. All the cross-sections from the lasya and cosmic life has its representation here.
Calicut University had published the syllabus of 3 year LLB which is available in its site. Both the names of books and technical terms are not properly spelt in it. Names of the authors, edition, year of publication etc of many reference books are left incomplete. To download syllabus please click here
Government Law College Thrissur has a website also. The site id is http://glcthrissur.com/. But many contents including the Calendar for 2015-16 are not properly maintained. However the site may be successfully modified if proper attention is given.
One of the speakers today observed that The Holy book of Law is the Constitution. But considering the recent verdict of the Supreme Court of India declaring the 99th amendment of the Constitution passed by the Parliament and ten Legislative Assemblies as struck down, it is no more holy. Many more Constitutional provisions may be struck down by Judiciary when they think it to be proper. Legislature is no more the last word in legislation, especially when the Collegium is not supported by any legislative laws.
However Constitution shall continue as the Super Book except for the competent authorities to strike them down. For our ready reference the constitution and its amendments are downloadable as under. Please Click if necessary.
